“Together we can Change, INC” is a Community-based Non-Profit that supports the homeless by providing food, basic necessities and access to services to empower individuals to be self-sufficient.

Our committee members are all moved by the hunger and suffering of the less fortunate. We are motivated to help mitigate and prevent it by showing kindness and respect to all in need
Whether its a few minutes, a few hours, a warm meal, a warm smile, a moment of laughter, an open ear, a sense of belonging or a voice of comfort…we believe all make a difference in someone’s life.
