Together We Can Change, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia, PA, that provides food, basic necessities and access to services to empower individuals to be self-sufficient. On Saturdays and Sundays, we walk the streets of Philadelphia and hand out freshly cooked meals and supplies to the City’s homeless.
